UPDATE (3:59pm): A Severe Thudnerstorm Watch has been issued for sections of Oklahoma and west Texas.

Latest Info (at 3:40): As we head through the next hour or so the Storm Prediction Center in Oklahoma is tracking the opportunity for severe weather across the Texas panhandle, western Oklahoma to the south into parts of west Texas.
