You guessed it! More rain. Yesterday, officially, South Mississippi was “dry” out at Bobby Chain. That marks the fifth day since June 1st where KHBG didn’t tally any rainfall.
But there were plenty of storms around. Especially across Simpsons, Smith, Jasper, Covington, and Jones counties. And then closer to the coast, too.
This pattern is still looking to hold as we head through the next five to seven days. And likely the next 10. And perhaps until the end of the month.
Seriously.
I know, I know. I’m with you guys. Even over here in Houston it has been rather rainy. I’d love to see a few dry days. But right now the pattern is not set up to allow such a thing to truly happen. I’ll try to post another explainer at some point in the next few days.
No Daily Timeline or Graphical Forecast, today, apologies! Been slammed busy! They’ll make a comeback tomorrow.
