Mostly dry, mild week: Southern MS/AL/LA Weather Forecast

A little system will be swinging by to the south during the next 24 hours. That will help to keep the chance for rain in the forecast through late tonight.

Other than that, the weather should be pretty uneventful this week. It almost feels like I’m not doing my “job” here, but there really isn’t much to report from the weather for the next seven days.

Now, once we get a bit closer to January, it does look like a cold front may swing through, but even that doesn’t look like a “big shot” of cold. According to the CPC we will be closing out 2021 warmer and drier than average.

We will have to see what 2022 brings, but until then, enjoy the uneventful weather!
