Baseball Forecast- 8/6/24

A pretty rainy and cooler start to the week for our Northeast teams but for our southern M-Braves it will be quite hot and dry. We will be checking in on potential thunderstorms and delays for our Northern teams. Let’s get into the details!

New York Yankees

The Yankees continue their home streak with a series against the Los Angeles Angels at 7:05pm EDT. Temperatures will be the upper to mid 70s with humidity continually increasing from around 78% to around 88% throughout the game. It will be a fairly cloudy game with cloud coverage around 50%. I think we could see some rain showers come into play especially in the later innings. Winds will be quite low at the surface and at 150ft winds will start around 5mph and only increase to about 9mph. Winds will be going towards left field to start the game but will shift to pointing in towards home plate.
