For Thursday, the chances of rain will lower slightly in the Southeast because the high-pressure systems are trying to settle in the Southeast. With the high-pressure system trying to settle in the Southeast this might mean there will be a change of weather pattern for a drier and warm weather in the Southeast after Thursday. This might be good news for everyone that has been dealing with rain all week. But it might be short-lived as a secondary cold front from the Midwest is trying to catch up to the stationary cold front to bring in more rain next week.
