Hello everyone, good news, for anybody that have any outdoor plans for today and this weekend. The weather for this weekend will be drier and comfortable dew points temperatures is coming to the Southeast. The rain chances will be starting to decrease in the weekend as the stationary cold front passing through most of the Southeast with drier air mass from the Midwest will fill in most of the area. On Friday, it will have the greatest chance for isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms to appear in the Southeast.
On Saturday, most of the rain will appear near the coast of the Southeast as the storms will be developing in the Gulf of Mexico.
On Sunday, the high pressure from the north will drift down to the Southeast to bring in clearer and hotter weather. The weak stationary cold front will be converting into warm front. It might move to the east as the low-pressure system from the Midwest will be the driving factor on moving the warm front and cold front from the Northern Plains to the east. This movement might bring back rainy weather into late next week.

The 50s dewpoint temperatures are coming back to the Southeast?! Let’s explain this, there will be a cold front coming to the Southeast with very large dry air mass behind it. In the weekend, this dry air mass will fill in most of the Southeast as it will bring in 50s to 60s comfortable dewpoint temperatures. This can be a good break from the very humid air that have been in the Southeast for most of the Summer.
