Short forecast this morning as things remain pretty clam over the next few days. By Thursday, fRiday and Saturday, the pattern may become a bit more active with a few clusters of storms that push through the area related to a passing system to the north.
There is also an outside chance for one of those clusters to push into the Gulf. And that would have to be monitored for a Hurricane Barry-like situation. That isn’t the “forecast” right now, and it is unlikely. But just something to monitor. After seeing that happen a few years ago, I’m probably a bit over-paranoid about that kind of development.
