We will have another day of mostly sunny skies today and tomorrow. Then this weekend the clouds start to roll back into the area as the next system knocks on our door for Saturday night.
The good news is that the next two systems don’t look like they have much to them. The bad news is that any additional rain, for some folks, isn’t going to be a welcome sight to see.
But, hey, at this point it doesn’t look like we’ve got a threat for severe weather for, at least, another 10 days. So while there will be showers – and even the occasional rumble of thunder – the rain should be light enough to keep us from worrying about flash flooding and the storms will be calm enough that we won’t have to worry about tornadoes.
As you can see from the maps above, so far, there isn’t much to these next two shots for rain. And hopefully this holds, because I know many of you are ‘done’ with severe weather.
