PM Storms possible again, then things start to heat up: Southern MS/AL/LA Weather Forecast – 7/15/22

Another round of afternoon showers and storms today as the seabreeze interacts with the lingering boundary and diffuse potential tropical system that never fully materialized.

Storms will be even less potent today than yesterday and the day before. But a severe storms can’t be completely ruled out. Like usual, these summer storms will pack some brief heavy rain, the potential for street flooding, a lot of lightning, and some gusty wind.

Then as we move into next week things start to warm back up again.
