South MS/AL/LA Weather Forecast – 9/16/21

Tropical showers and thunderstorms will continue today as the remnants of Nicholas continue to spin around )loosely) to the southwest. There isn’t much left of the once-hurricane, but there is still enough of a tropical airmass in place to allow showers and storms to develop and re-develop all day long.

This will likely continue for the next few days. I’ve got greater-than-40-percent chances for rain through the weekend. It does look like some relief shows up next week.
