WX Info: Lightning show north of the TV Station, and quick notes about how it works

I took 10 minutes tonight to do a live video showcasing the great lightning show being put on by a storm north of the TV station.

I talked about differentiation in the video. Not the Calculus kind, but the kind about hail. The differentiation within the cloud where the heavier things (hailstones, big rain drops) end up at the bottom and the lighter stuff (small rain drops) end up at the top helps to produce an electrical change.
